Keiosha Cousins

Calm. Humble.
Relentless.

I'm Keiosha — but most people know me as Kae. I'm an entrepreneur, travel consultant, digital product creator, and the girl whose inner narrator never shuts up.

I wasn't always this version of myself. For a long time, my mind was weak. I let others influence how I thought and what I believed. I was in a dark place — barely being myself, overthinking everything, and stopping every single time I tried to start something real.

I had brilliant ideas. I just couldn't execute them. Sound familiar?

"The first step was recognizing the pattern and owning it. Then I started keeping promises to myself. Small ones first. Then bigger ones."

I didn't have one big turning point. I had a series of small decisions that compounded over time. I said I'd go to New York — and I actually did. I said I'd take the gym seriously — and I actually did. I said I'd build a business — and I actually did.

Traveled to New York — said I would, actually did
Started the gym and showed up consistently
Reached Silver rank in my travel business
Started my BSc degree
Helped 7 women launch their own travel businesses
Rebuilt my self-trust from the ground up
Married someone who matches my peace

Even times when I could've slipped into old habits, I chose to be the version of me who does what she says she'll do. It's hard. I'm not saying it wasn't. I'm just saying I did it.

Now I help others do the same. Through my digital workbook PROVE IT, my travel business GlowGetawayCo, and my PlanNet Marketing team — I'm building a life on my own terms and bringing people with me.

01
Execution Over Everything
A decision made and acted on is worth more than a plan perfected and never started.
02
Beneath the Surface
I don't judge the circumstance. I look at what's beneath it. That's where the real person lives.
03
Self-Trust is Everything
You can't build anything lasting if you don't trust yourself. That trust is rebuilt one kept promise at a time.
04
Professionally Delusional
You have to believe in what you're building before anyone else does. That's not arrogance. That's faith.
